Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Each RHED panel is made to order, so orders currently ship in approximately 3–4 weeks.
We email your tracking as soon as it leaves. Delivery time after that depends on where you are, and your options are shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide, and to selected countries overseas.
Enter your address at checkout and you’ll see what’s available for your location, with the cost, before you pay.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia is free on every RHED panel.
Express and international options are shown at checkout, with their price, before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your panel ships. If it doesn’t arrive, check your junk folder, then contact us with your order number.
The panels
What’s the difference between CORE and XTND?
Not the light. CORE and XTND run the identical light engine: the same seven wavelengths and the same irradiance. What changes is how much of you it covers.
- CORE — 530 × 300 × 65 mm, 720 LEDs. Face, neck and targeted recovery.
- XTND — 1010 × 300 × 65 mm, 1,440 LEDs. Full body, one session.
What are the specifications?
Both panels:
- Seven wavelengths: 450, 528, 630, 660, 810, 830 and 850nm
- Four independently controlled channels
- Irradiance >580 mW/cm²
- 3 year warranty
CORE weighs 8 kg and XTND weighs 14 kg. The full specs for each are on its product page, under Tech specs.
What’s in the box?
Your panel, a remote control, eye protection, a user guide and a power cable.
Is RHED a medical device?
No. RHED panels are wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary.

Using it
How do I use my panel?
- Sit or stand 16–24 inches (40–60 cm) from the panel, facing it.
- Use it on bare, clean, dry skin. Take off creams and sunscreen first.
- Wear the eye protection provided, and do not look into the LEDs.
- Choose your session on the touch screen or the remote.
- Run it for 10 minutes.
How often should I use it?
Once a day, for 10 minutes. More is not better. Correct is better.
Light therapy works with regular use, and individual results vary.
What do the channels and modes do?
The seven wavelengths sit in four channels you control independently: blue (450nm), green (528nm), red (630 and 660nm) and near-infrared (810, 830 and 850nm).
Shorter wavelengths act nearer the surface of the skin and longer ones go deeper. The research explains what each is studied for.
Returns
What’s your returns policy?
RHED offers 30-day returns. If your panel isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of it arriving and we’ll take it from there.
This doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What does the warranty cover?
Every panel comes with a 3 year warranty. If your panel develops a fault, contact us with your order number and we’ll look after it.
What if my panel arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as it arrives, with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll sort it out.
